Seems like I should have known better than to turn my head like it didn't matter. Why do I do the things I do when I know I am losing you?
It was supposed to be a surprise, me showing up, you thought I was working. Why do I do the things I do when I know I am losing you?
Thought you'd be happy to see me but you said, “What the hell are you doing here?” Why do I do the things I do when I know I am losing you?
You pushed me away from him. He said “Buddy calm down,” you were so embarrassed. Seems like I should have known better than to turn my head like it didn't matter. Why do I do the things I do when I know I am losing you?
Toronto rivals San Francisco as the North American capital of jangle pop as evidenced by this new record of sunny jams from the Motorists. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 16, 2024
Toronto duo expand their frenetic jangle pop with elements of country and krautrock; members of Ratboys, Dummy, and more lend guest vocals. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 9, 2024
This is undoubtedly my single favorite album of all time. It feels like such a perfect culmination of all the themes and ideas Fleet Foxes has been working with since 2008. It answers many of the questions found on both Helplessness Blues and Crack-Up, and represents an incredible maturation and growth in Robin Pecknold's perspective. Their other albums are certainly masterpieces, but this, in my opinion, is their magnum opus. I doubt it will be recognized as such in its time. isaiah_stuart
